- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have never been treated with such incompetence or disrespect from a well established facility. From the rude introductory staff, to medical assistance who are ill-trained to manage prescriptions all the way to the physicians who are not thorough. The office manager is the main proponent in this mess. As a type one diabetic and a clinician, I understand the process of care and it is not followed here. When I vocalized my concerns, I was greeted with a harsh and aggressive tone, followed by accusations and my communication being trampled by the office manager via telephone. If you need follow up for your thyroid I would not see any concerns following up in this office. If you are a DIABETIC, I strongly suggest you follow up with USF Diabetes Center or Dr. Faris. I went weeks without insulin prescriptions being correctly sent, months of aggravating phone calls to receive insulin pump and sensor supplies, and now a $600 bill from LabCorp because of, honestly, my own ignorance. I asked the staff at Diabetes Care Center if I needed to go to LabCorp and I was told YES. Well, now I have an enormous bill that the office manager, Deborah, laughed and said "well it's your responsibility."
