- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went seeking recertification of my DOT medical card. The doctor is listed on the national registry of certified medical examiners. I had a great experience here. My wait time was normal for a walk in clinic. The staff was especially pleasant and friendly. I was impressed with their service and professionalism. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went there on 11-2-2017 because i was at Publix and started feeling awful and this place is next door so i drove there for a fast heart rate and very dizzy. I walked in and asked immediately for someone to check my vitals. The lady at the desk wanted my ID, ask what's wrong, take her time entering into the computer. I asked for my ID back and said I'll go to the ER. Once i got out to my car i knew i couldn't drive, i sat there for about 5-10 minutes feeling like i was having a heart attack. I was so hot, clamy, my heart rate would stop and go so fast, i got dizzy so when i went back in the lady at the desk asked if i was OK! Then she told them in the back i came back in so they took me into a room for vitals & an EKG which showed heart rate 148 but jumped higher on pulse machine when i had a dizzy & hot episode. Got my info for their computer while i was in the back which should of happened to begin with. My hubby showed up while i was being checked and the doctor said i needed to go straight to the ER after viewing my EKG and wanted to call EMS. By the time i got to hospital my HR was 215!! When you walk into a medical facility and you are crying asking for vitals to be checked while saying your heart is racing you would think they would move fast and NOT try to make you sit so they can do their insurance input. I'm giving 3 stars because when i walked back in they took me in immediately!! Maybe the lady at the desk needs more training.January 11, 2017by Michelle McClusky
